TLC Auto & Truck Repair Center

Great first experience at TLC Auto & Truck. I was looking for a place that specializes in trucks to help me maintain my first truck. I went in and was able to get a view of the shop through a window overlooking it and it appeared clean and well organized. Spoke with Erick who is respectful and knowledgeable. I was able to schedule my truck for a first oil change the following morning. Everything went well with that and I have nothing negative to report.

TLC exceeded my expectations!! Erick, Katie and their team were honest and reliable with my car. I came on my work break and they ubered me back to work and then dropped off my car to me before the end of my work day!! I truly am impressed and will be recommending them to everyone. Thank you, finding an honest and reliable mechanic is so difficult and I am glad I found TLC!

Had a fantastic experience at TLC Auto Truck getting new wheels installed on my car. From start to finish, the service was smooth and professional. A special shoutout to Katie — she was incredibly prepared when we arrived, which made the whole process seamless and stress-free. It's clear this team takes pride in their work and genuinely values their customers. I'll definitely be coming back for future automotive needs and highly recommend TLC Auto Truck to anyone looking for quality service and a team that truly has it together!

Let me just start off by saying.. I'm just a girl. I made an appointment for my 2020 Durango to be checked for a check engine light. I personally thought that the job would be a quick 1,2,3, and I would have my car back in no time. It turned out I needed a new engine. When I say that Katie and the whole time were so great with communication the WHOLE time, I mean it. I am so indecisive and they were so patient with me, the whole time. Any questions I asked, they were willing to answer. If I needed a day or 2 to make a decision, they weren't pushy. They advocated for me with my warranty company when needed. I was even able to get a loaner car, as many shops do not have this option. I literally have no bad things to say about this team. They have earned a customer foreverrr!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at TLC Auto & Truck Repair! The front staff, especially Jack, was exceptional—friendly, professional, and attentive. They kept me updated on my vehicle’s repair status with clear, timely communication, which I greatly appreciated. Their 60-point MYS Inspection was thorough, and the summarized observations document gave me confidence in their attention to detail. The online and mobile communication platforms were seamless and user-friendly, making the process incredibly convenient. The repair shop is well-equipped with top-notch tools and a highly skilled team ready to tackle any auto, truck, or motorhome repair. They even offer complimentary round-trip Lift transportation, which was a fantastic bonus. What truly stood out was their compassionate approach—they understood how important my vehicle is to me and treated it with care. As someone searching for a reliable mechanic to build a long-term relationship with, I can confidently say I’ve found my go-to shop.
